Join us for the 26th Cape Temporal Bone Course, a premier hands-on otology training course for ENT registrars and consultants seeking to advance their temporal bone and middle ear surgical skills.

The course will be led by Course Director Marc Merven and features international guest faculty member Professor Georgios Papatziamos (Sweden), supported by an esteemed local faculty of experienced otologists and skull base surgeons.

This intensive four-day programme combines expert-led demonstrations, cadaveric dissection, practical surgical tips, and evidence-based discussion to enhance confidence and competence in modern otological surgery.

The 12th International Conference on Cholesteatoma & Ear Surgery (CHOLE2027) will take place in Rotterdam, Netherlands, from 6 to 9 June 2027. To encourage African ENT Specialists to participate in this International Conference, I requested a reduction in registration fees from the organizing committee and the Congress President, I successfully secured a 50% discount for both Seniors specialists and Residents. Consequently, the registration fee is 400€ (down from 800€) for Seniors and 250€ (down from 500€) for residents. CBT-Hear Norway is a hybrid advanced clinical training and professional development programme for audiologists, audiopedagogists, psychologists, counsellors, and other qualified health and social care professionals working with people affected by tinnitus, hyperacusis, and misophonia.

The programme combines a 2-day face-to-face masterclass with 12 months of online learning, supervision, mentorship, reflective practice, case discussion, and professional development. Participants who successfully complete the programme achieve CBT-Hear Certified Practitioner status.

The face-to-face masterclass will take place on 1–2 October 2026 at the Quality Airport Hotel Gardermoen, Norway, followed by a year of online learning and supervision.
